1 on 1 training sessions are tailored to each indivudual client based on fitness goals and current abilities. 


Each session will increase in intensity and provide knowledge about safe workout postures and movement patterns.


Starting points and rates of progression will be determined on an indiviaual basis and progress as needed in order to create long-term, fun and healthy fitness lifestyle habits.
